We hope that you will be delighted with your Covenwick purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 20 days of your purchase date in brand new unused condition.

Exchange/store credit - if product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped
To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase.

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Consumer Guarantees Act which cannot be excluded. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our change of mind policy above.
In the unlikely event that you receive products from us that do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act.
Covenwick will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

What do you mean by "lightly sampled"?
"Lightly sampled" means a product may have some signs of minor wear or use, but must not be damaged unless you received the product in this condition.

All refunds will be processed via direct credit.
How long will my return take?
For returns via post, products typically take 2 to 7 business days to reach our company. We recommend returning items with tracking and a signature required on delivery to ensure your order is returned to us safely.
Once we have received your return we will process your exchange or refund in 3 to 5 business days. Please give approximately 3 days for the funds to clear back into your account.

Covenwick takes no responsibility for injury or damages caused by our candles or wax melts.
It is the consumer's responsibility to use these products in a safe manner and to make sure they are supervised at all times and ready to extinguish if needed.
All safety instructions are on the back of the candle and wax melt packaging and should be followed carefully.
